Because all of our products are digital downloads, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the files have been delivered.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase:

• If you receive the wrong product,
• Or if there is a technical issue preventing you from accessing your files,

please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

All sales are considered final once the digital files have been accessed or downloaded.
